l can remember lying in my hospital bed all-alone thinking to myself, "I can never go through this again...I'd rather die next time." This was immediately following a surgery that would end up saving my life... I was a breath away from slipping into a fatal coma. Ever felt trapped, stuck or unable to move in your life? Then you have an idea of what I mean.

After six months of recovery in bed, four years of heavy depression, a failed business and relationships... coupled by alcohol and drug abuse... I had had enough... I tried to end it all.
